Paola Jara, is a Colombian singer of pop and ranchera music. She was born on May 16, 1983 in Apartado, Antioquia, Colombia.

Professionally, her artistic career begins at 14 years of age, it was when she recorded her first studio album, under the label of codiscos, the chosen genre was 'rancheras' since there were few female exponents with her characteristics. .

She has had the opportunity to share stages with Johnny Rivera, Giovanny Ayala, Darío Gómez, Marbell, El Charrito Negro, Luis Alberto Posada, Carlos Arturo, Los Cantores De Chipuco, Las Hermanas Calle and Helenita Vargas, among others.
