Pedro Rafael Manjarrés Romero (Valledupar, Cesar, July 26, 1974) better known as Peter Manjarrés, is a Colombian dentist and singer of Vallenato music. Manjarrés is part of the Vallenato 'Nueva Ola' (New wave).

Manjarrés and accordionist Sergio Luis Rodríguez have won the Latin Grammy Award in the Cumbia / Vallenato category on two occasions.

In 2012, Manjarrés' achievements and recognitions also included two Gold Congos awards at the Barranquilla Carnival Orchestras and Accordions Festival, two 'Nuestra Tierra' awards, eight Luna Awards, one Mi Gente TV award, four gold records , two platinum records, a double platinum record and a triple platinum record for the millionaire sales derived from his musical productions.
